1. Change of Mind

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at info@meltonsupps.com.au within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
